Returns
At Deluxe Oak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- Shipping label
- Product damage
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake or a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
